Buyer beware. Untrustworthy, not honest.
I used E&R to build a custom sunroom and deck in my backyard, and it turned out beautifully! They were very professional and had great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
E&R did an amazing job on our ceiling repair following a roof leak we had. They were timely, quick, and did an excellent job. Would definitely hire them again!
We had Russ and his team replace our old bathroom and kitchen counters with granite. The only thing we had to do was pick out the material. His team did the rest! From removing the old to putting in the new, to clean up and adding finishing touches. They did an awesome job! Next project is new tile in our bathroom and we will be calling Russ for this. Totally dependable and trustworthy!
I never made it to the point of doing business with you. The first phone call I made you answered the phone while you were apparently busy. I felt like calling to discuss becoming a potential customer was an inconvenience to you. I get that all contractors are busy but that's no reason to make anyone feel like an inconvenience. First impressions are everything to me. I was told I'd get a callback and NEVER received one.
