I was supposed to use this business!! The day (Tuesday) I submitted a quote they immediately responded through Thumbtack agreeing to today, Saturday at 6pm. They didn’t show didn’t respond to texts or call. VERY disappointed. IF you couldn’t make it the least you could do is call.

Ghosted…should have listened to reviews Came out for an estimate, went great. Communication was excellent. Both owners had my info. Confirmed day and time. Day scheduled for cleaning…nothing..nada…zip. Bad business

I hired this company to help me get my home ready for sale. They ghosted me on the day of our appointment, then tried to show up the next day when I wasn't even home saying I couldn't "cancel our agreement." Complete scam artist company.

Do not hire ER Cleaning and Moving LLC for ANY of your cleaning needs. I hired this company to help with our move out clean. Veronica and the other 2 cleaning ladies were very friendly, but that’s about all they have going for them. After 3 hours and 3 people supposedly cleaning, the house was “cleaner”, but not “move-out clean” as we agreed to.
