We can all agree: auto repair shops are right up there with going to the dentist or the DMV. But ER Automotive is the exception. During a recent winter freeze my wife didn’t know how to engage 4WD on my Tacoma. She switched it into 4L when the car was OFF, then when she restarted the truck every possible warning illuminated and it would not shift out of 4Lo. I have been coming to ER automative for 16 years now, ERIC is one of the honest caring considered business owners I think that I’ve ever crossed. Eric has always been honest with me. I have never Felt like as a woman I was being taken advantage of actually the opposite. He’s actually talk me out of things that I didn’t need sing me as a single mom two jobs trying to make ends me. I can’t say enough good things about Er Automotive. They’re honest, straightforward, and never try to upsell you on work you don’t need. They explain what actually matters, provide great value, and stand behind their work. They’ve done an excellent job helping my wife and I keep our vehicles running well so they last a long time. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust — this is one of them. For anything beyond an oil change, I would not take our vehicles anywhere else!!
My SUV is basically my home as i am 80/20 nomadic. So when my 2016 Durango decided to stop starting, I felt my heart stop. Long, short John with ER Automative was definitely a blessing and got my SUV back up and working beautifully at an EXTREMELY fair price. I've found a trustworthy mechanic in the Austin area.
