Ricco and Matthew did an awesome job helping us out with our trailer incident this past weekend. We had a blowout that tore up the brake assembly and a bunch of other issues. They answered my call, showed up when they said they could, and did an awesome job getting me back into town. They even followed us in to make sure we got to the hotel safe. And gave us recommendation recommendations for a Trailer repair place for the axle. Thank you so much Matthew and Ricco, you guys rock!
Ricco cane to our rescue and went above and beyond. Our wheel bearing went out as we were moving our son to Texas and he was able to help us within a few hours. He was delightful to speak with and so efficient. His attention to detail was much appreciated. I am so glad we called him. Thank you Ricco.
On our move to Colorado, our radiator cracked going over Raton pass. We limped into Trinidad and started looking for help. I found ER Auto and Diesel. Rico started looking for parts while we were talking and got to us in less than 45 minutes. He changed the radiator in about an hour and we were back on the road. The price was great and Rico is an accomplished and personable young man. If you need help in Trinidad or anywhere nearby give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!
Had a misfiring cylinder on my truck on a road trip and Rico got it diagnosed and repaired in no time. Very much appreciated, excellent service and communication, worth every penny.
