Fast and efficient service. Rico was very knowledgeable, and provided great informative feedback about my vehicle. Helped me and my family feel safe getting back on the road to finish our road trip. Roadside provided at the gas station on a Sunday. Thank goodness for Rico and ER Auto & diesel, LLC.

Rico, an ASE Certified Mechanic, is professional and honest. These are traits not too many mechanics have these days. He was very thorough in fixing my car. After talking to him for awhile, I could tell he knew what he was doing. His willingness to explain the situation to me, showed me how dedicated he is. He definitely provided Automotive Service Excellence (or ASE). Great work and fair price!!
