The emergency room staff was pleasant And efficient I felt I wasn’t very good hands there. The actual Hospital is another story and I won’t ever be admitted into that hospital again
Had to bring my father in for a diabetic issue. Dr Young, Vicky, and Rachel were fantastic. We were there for several hours for monitoring but we were never left alone for very long and the care team was excellent at communicating what to expect while we were waiting.
Very convenient and great staff!!
I was stuck at the ER for 5 and a half hours. In a lot of pain and wasn’t seen for 2 hours initially when the doctor came in he apologized for the long wait. If I was seriously ill or injured I could’ve been in trouble. Not professional. Also the doc who came in to tell me my results at the end said “scan looks good” doesn’t even explain anything, and says yeah you’re good. I mean come on.
