Giving it 2 stars because of the Doctor, not the facility or staff. I’ve been to this ER before and prefer it because it’s quiet and the care has always been fantastic. I cannot say I had the same experience this time. The staff was wonderful, Carlos took amazing care of me and I’m so grateful for him. He listened and was an advocate for me. Dr. Dvor seemed like he couldn’t be bothered though. I felt he didn’t listen to me and had a diagnosis without even listening or ruling out other causes. He never inspected my stomach ... read more

I took my uncle to West Lake E.R even though he was very hesitant about going, but he was having a hard time breathing with a low oxygen level from The flu.,, however when we got to the ER , he was taken care of quickly, everyone was pleasant , especially the RN Clarissa S. Clarissa was able to explain everything to my uncle, she showed genuine compassion, and made him feel comfortable about being there. Unfortunately my husband and I have been frequent flyers at this ER. He is 89 and I'm 79 and they have been a godsend taking care of us when we had major health issues. They are friendly, professional and very timely with their treatments and diagnosing.
