They all were very kind and took really good care of me and once they found out that I had a kidney infection the doctor explained what it was what would cause one and gave me a packet which explained everything even further. I was doing really bad before I went and they made me feel less like I was dying by the time I got out. Amazing people and they’re all super nice
I receive quick, competent, and friendly service every time I visit the ER at Westlake.
The staff here are always so attentive and timely. Not my favorite place to be the ER, it when I have to go or have an emergency, this is by far the best ER to use.
