I’ve been to the ER 3 times. All 3 times I had a bad experience. Nurses were so unfriendly and not very caring. The doctor that was there on my 3rd admission wasn’t very nice and just as bad as the nurse. My daughter was so upset on the care and doesn’t want me to ever go back there. I live in Westlake and I love the idea that it take me 5 mins to get there. I’m so disappointed in the ER. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back there again. I was very impressed with the cleanness, the speed in being taken in the back. Was there about 90 minutes or less. Nurses took me to my room, did vitals, said the doctor would be in shortly and he was. He addressed my complaint, explained the course of treatment. Nurse came in gave me my antibiotic 15 minutes later I was being discharged. Would very strongly recommend to anyone needing emergency services. No wait. Nurse & Dr were great. I was very anxious as I fell & was in pain. I would highly recommend going there if you have to go to ER!
