The receptionist was kind, gathered all of my information, and was very professional. The first nurse I interacted with was also very nice and caring. The wait time was basically nonexistent, which was a plus. However, my experience with the doctor was disappointing. Very “I’m just here for my paycheck” “I don’t want to be here” attitudes. From Doctor and Assistant. Front desk was welcoming and kind. But back doors it’s a different story. Sucks to be sick and have to go there for more “convenience” because it’s closer home but they don’t do a good job.
I was not feeling well last night and decided to seek medical attwntion at this facility. Not only the waiting time was very little, but all interactions were very positive, as all professionals seem to care a lot. I had to be transferred to a different hospital for an emergency surgery and the doctor from Westlake called the location to confirm if I arrived, which I am sure it is not a requirement, so that shows me a lot of care.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Also fast and accurate service.
In the hospital they were fine they seemed to like talking to each other more than giving me information After I went home and tried to call back to get extra help on my problem they told me they cannot give any information over the phone and that I could not speak to a doctor to ask questions I would have to come back in the office and check in again to the hospital which I believe was just to work the insurance over. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very rude about it .
