Very professional, well organized, immediate diagnosis and care. Would highly recommend this facility.
No one loves to go to see an emergency doctor any time of the day or night but I love coming here! They are so quick I don’t even know what the waiting room looks like. They get me straight to the back and start working to find out what’s wrong and how they help fix me or at least give me comfort until all test are finished and they have results Majority of the time I’m in and out in a hour Triage , billing, test and diagnosis and discharge! I love it I recommend to all my friend me and family and my coworkers
I was seen in the ER at Valley Vista for only 14 minutes. They documented the wrong injury (not my finger — it was my toe), and the bill came to over $4,000, which is now in litigation. Completely unacceptable level of care and accuracy.
