You know what’s great about emergencies? Being told to wait going on 30 minutes plus to see my grandmother brought into the ER. No idea what room she’s in or how she’s currently doing.

I just changed my rating from 1 star (after a couple of negative past experiences) to 5 stars, because tonight this hospital truly saved my life. They kept my autistic child calm, explained everything clearly, and reassured me why my kids were not at risk. What could have been traumatizing was turned into a positive experience. Thank you so much! P.S. — They do have rabies vaccines here, for anyone like me who can’t resist petting stray cats and ends up getting bitten lol.

Beautiful and clean hospital. No issues and was seen quickly. Staff was super nice and attentive.

If you live anywhere in Harford County, drive the extra 20 - 30 minutes and go to Bel Air Upper Chesapeake Emergency Room. Maybe because a Saturday night, it was more fun to sit outside rooms and 'cut up" as though still in High School. There's also nothing worse then feeling like a patient that has to give exceptional customer service to those that are being paid to provide it. Also, what a shame for the few staff that do care and have to constantly overachieve to make up for their embarassing co-workers. Would love to meet... read more

Unbelievable I have been here for 4 hours in the waiting room with an IV in my arm this is unacceptable nobody has said a word to me. Not OK
