Went in for severe back pain and numbness in my legs. I had fallen due to the numbness. They put me in a room, with only a reclining chair, nothing else and gave me some meds and left me literally in a dark room which was more like a closet for 2.5 hours. The dr came in I told him the meds did no good, he said we will wait a bit longer, then the nurse came in 5 mins later and asked the same question and I gave the same answer. I was hospitalized there recently. When I got to the ER, the nurse told me "You have no rights." She told me that if I did not comply with her demands she would restrain me. It was the worse experience in healthcare I have ever had. I would give zero stars if I could.

I was there at 6am the only patient and it was over 2 hours. No excuse for it to take so long when all staff were there. Don't waste your time.

I was having complications with new medication that I'm on, and I have to say I had the best staff every today. They were so helpful and patient. I was doing very bad, but they got me in and out and took great care of me. Thank you so much!!

We first got there I didn't see anyone, but after a minute someone came to the desk. This was my first time here because we were told that two of our friends were submitted here. They treated them well and us as guests well. A sweet nurse even gave us some ice and cups! I have to move to this area because it seems more better than hospitals and clinics in my State.
