This place is a fleckn JOKE IS ONLY A LARGER PATIENT FIRST ITS GOES TO SHOW YOU WHOEVER THOUGHT OF THIS NEW FACILITY GOT RICH QUICK BECAUSE THEY CARE ABOUT THE STAFF OR SICK PEOPLE AND FAMILIES THAT SPEND COUNTLESS HOURS WITH NO CAFETERIA JUST A QUICKIE SHOP THAT CLOSES AT 300 PM DURING THE DAY . I'M writing in caps mad as hell because I took.my.mother here Saturday morning and left with no pain meds 🙃
New facility is Great! It's on top of the hill, unlike the old one where you had to park and go to bottom of hill.
Them to her relocated all of a few steps up the street with all of the money that was put into this new place. They really do move slow with it doesn’t matter what you’re going in there. You will be in there for hours a number of in there for eight hours. I’m just trying to look for my baby while I’m pregnant and I don’t trust that they will take care of us in urgent that they always say they have to have loans available for only one doctor They need better Service and faster
I am deeply frustrated with this Laurel ER. My daughter, who is experiencing chest pain after a car accident, has been waiting for over 3 hours and still hasn’t been seen. When I voiced my concerns, I was told there’s only one nurse and one doctor on duty. This is completely unacceptable.
THE WORSE, the person at the ER who admitted her was nasty, she try to move my daughter, even when she was screaming in pain, even EMT guys were disgusted by her behavior, we have waited hours, just for the doctor to come tell us they don’t have a MRI machine, so we need to drive her to another hospital so she can get the right treatment, there’s no orthopedic doctor here, now we been told she has to wait days for her to be transferred to another hospital, or she has to get up herself with all the back pain she has at this m... read more
