This was my third time visiting the facility and each time I was extremely impressed by the quality of care I received. During my first visit they brought the respiratory specialist and the x-ray technician to me. Each person did and exceptional job! The second time I came was when I was attacked by a wasp and they covered all bases because they were concerned abt an allergic reaction. They explained everything they were doing and giving me. For a medical center with so many beds they never actually staff it appropriately. Staff has the worst attitudes, which is an obvious reflection of how they are treated by doctors, managers, and directors. This place is a terrible urgent care at best, let alone an actual ER. I bet if you get flown in on that fancy helipad they still make you wait for an “open” bed. It is clean, so there’s at least that I guess?

We have had to take our mother here twice recently. The staff is fantastic. Everyone from the registration desk staff to techs to the nurses and physicians is friendly and caring. The facility is clean and wait times were short. We appreciate the care and service she received. Corey was super kind and patient and Judy was a pro at the blood draw. There were many other nice staff but I didn't catch all of their names. Thank you.
