We have had to take our mother here twice recently. The staff is fantastic. Everyone from the registration desk staff to techs to the nurses and physicians is friendly and caring. The facility is clean and wait times were short. We appreciate the care and service she received. Corey was super kind and patient and Judy was a pro at the blood draw. There were many other nice staff but I didn't catch all of their names. Thank you.

Just a bizarre place and I really hope everyone gets a nap eventually. I was not given a prescription for my medical concern despite being told by the Dr I needed one. Staff was more concerned with billing and looking through my medical history. I had a nurse say “now I’m loving you” as she showed me the door. Just strange man, and borderline inappropriate.

The worst experience I have had in a non crowded ER. I have gotten through quicker in a crowded ER. Waited 2 hours before we were triaged. Then another 40 minutes to go to the back. Had two ppl come in and ask what happened but at different times. Come in the room at the same time… Then 30 min later X-rays. 45 mins later I got out to ask the nurse how much longer…now she wants to act like she need to do something that should have been done 30 minutes ago. This place is a JOKE. They took me back quick but didn’t do anything to help. I felt gaslit about my pain. They took my vitals and sent me on my way talking about take “probiotics”. And of course I have a $250 bill. It’s crazy, evil, and sad out here 🫩
