The doctor that came in to see me on 10.22.25 am, came off as uncaring. He had already diagnosed me prior to coming in the room. He really didn’t care to hear anything I had to say his rebuttal was always dismissive. I had a list of medications so that he wouldn’t prescribe me the Sam medication that didn’t work prior but he didn’t even ask. The provider seemed preoccupied and didn't want to do the tests I was sent for, but I insisted. He didn't address some of the things on my radiology reports and dismissed my concerns about some of my labs. The other staff from check-in, to the treatment area and radiology were all wonderful and they definitely deserve 5 stars.
I’ve never been to any medical center that I’ve felt people actually cared so much! It’s really what I need & thankful I finally went it. Dr. Altman, nurses Kelly Jason & Theresa, tech Meghan, CT Clayton, & lab Stephanie all did an amazing job & I can tell everyone here really does love their job even when they were slam busy! Thank you all again so much!
