TMC ER at Sherman is awesome. Wait time was minimum. The staff was very professional and friendly. Mandi was very professional. I would definitely recommend this location.
The facility is beautiful and clean. There was no wait and service was very helpful from all staff except the doctor on call (9/9) who read my CT report. When asking the doctor if they’d ruled out xyz from the test/examination, she said, “That’s why I said it was normal,” and then laughed. It’s very costly to visit an ER, and people do so under the assumption of urgency or acute issues. Great customer care here last night!! Dr. V was professional and respectful A+. Nurse Cathy was a joy, always smiling made my anxiety lower when it was time for my shots. Nurse Tammi thanks for an exceptional registration experience, very informal! Exceptional job ladies!! I will come back for all my heathcare needs.
