I took my 70 year old wife here last Thursday evening after she had a fall. Worst experience ever. To the nurse who made the "bye Felicia" comment about my wife. That was the rudest most unprofessional comment. You're lucky she was in the restroom and didn't hear you. But I heard you loud and clear. You better pray I never see you in public.

I am so incredibly thankful for the care my daughter received here. She was suffering from a rough, persistent cough that simply wasn't getting better, despite taking her to the doctor more than once. The previous doctors couldn't find anything, and I was really concerned. I made the tough decision to take her to the ER, and I'm so glad I followed my gut. The difference in care was immediate. We came to Texoma Medical Center Er @ Sherman around 20:00 in need of an X-ray. Front desk check in was a breeze as well as triage. Not a single step was missed in the effort of giving us the best care possible. Dr Thai was efficient and incredibly kind. Rhonda took the X-ray and was fabulous. Cindy even went and found a tv remote for us while we were letting time pass. Hopefully we don’t need to come here often, but I know this is a well rounded medical professional team that I would confidently trust in no doubt.

The ER did a great job getting us back and taken care of, but we waited a long time for the x ray results
