On August 31, 2025, at approximately 10:30 am, my brother was taken in by ambulance to Northern Nevada Medical Center ER due to severe side effects of a prescription he had recently started. When he got there, he was told that there were no rooms available and he had to wait out in the waiting room. We sat out there for 4 hours before they finally got him into a room. Waited over 5 hrs rooms dirty screaming ppl police everywhere short staffed never again will we go there

Heading to the ER is always a bit scary, but my nurse, Aaron, helped make it so much better. We found something common to talk about that was fun, which helped keep the stress to a minimum. He took the time to show me what he was doing and treated me like he cared. I appreciate the effort he and the other team members made to take care of me, even though it was crazy busy.
