Heading to the ER is always a bit scary, but my nurse, Aaron, helped make it so much better. We found something common to talk about that was fun, which helped keep the stress to a minimum. He took the time to show me what he was doing and treated me like he cared. I appreciate the effort he and the other team members made to take care of me, even though it was crazy busy.

Never have I thought I would experience that a doctor would say to me that "I'm sorry I don't even know what that is, I can't help you" and then proceeds to search my symptom in google. All he could do was give me painkillers lol. He is very lucky that I didn't got his name or no feedback review was sent to me because if I could rate him from 1 to 10 I would've put a negative 10 on him. This place is atrocious.

Don't go unless you're almost dead or have a gunshot wound. Go to an urgent Care instead. You will get better treatment & help. It feels like conspiracy theory to say that it seemed almost like that nurse (male) was taking out personal problems on patients. Meanest, most aggressive, malevolently, sadistically sarcastic person ever. But beware, the signs on the wall say that if a patient say anything mean they will be kicked out. Oh, but them tho.
