Couldn’t even get treated. Was lost and called from the parking lot, called to ask for directions. Not sure if joking while trying not to be panicked made my tone come off wrong, but the receptionist that “helped” spoke to me like I was stupid while explaining the directions. Very unprofessional.
On August 31, 2025, at approximately 10:30 am, my brother was taken in by ambulance to Northern Nevada Medical Center ER due to severe side effects of a prescription he had recently started. When he got there, he was told that there were no rooms available and he had to wait out in the waiting room. We sat out there for 4 hours before they finally got him into a room. Meanwhile, there was one particular nurse whom I did not get her name, although I wish I did, kept coming out into the waiting room to speak to other patients ... read more
I was in excruciating pain and they helped me and took care of my issues. Thank you
Waited over 5 hrs rooms dirty screaming ppl police everywhere short staffed never again will we go there
