As a medical person I am reluctant to go and receive medical care. I cannot say enough positive things about every staff member I encountered at the Er at Fruitville. Each staff member was knowledgeable, professional kind and caring. The entire encounter was organized and communication between staff and I was excellent. I was advised and educated of all treatment given and was told what was happening and what to expect. The care was Quality and given in a timely manner Thank you for the great care

I haven’t been to an ER in 20 years, and was wildly impressed with the staff and facility. Even early in the morning, the care was clearly known and it was as appreciated as needed. A special shout out to Dr. Van Etten, too, just awesome.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times with each of my children and husband for various reasons but never myself until last week. A nurse took me back immediately and started trying to access my issue. She was so personable and kind - all around just a genuinely lovely human. The doctor came in, listened to my concerns and left it up to me on what I wanted to do. Although the results of the imaging done took awhile to come back, the staff was all wonderful and helpful. Christine is a gem and I appreciated her care.
