I was in pain. Staff was kind and caring. Very attentive and took care of my needs. Everything was clean and I was very comfortable. Great service! Thumbs up!
Visit start out horrible I waited 3 and a half hours to be seen by the doctor. But once shift change happened it was an absolutely different er at that point. It it wasnt for the doctor on the day shift I would give 5 stars. The older doctor from the day shift though very knowledgeable and thorough was he got you, just took forever to get anything done. The nursing staff kept apologizing for him. The evening staff was absolutely great no complaints
I went for severely sprained ankle. The staff at the Anna ER waiting time wasn’t long, the staff was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable , mostly like I’m family to them during my visit there. I will definitely be going to them in the future.
