Charlie was the technician today who took care of us during an open MRI and was absolutely fabulous would recommend him to anyone who is needing imaging. My husband is highly claustrophobic and felt extremely comfortable.
Very professional and friendly staff from check in to check out. I’m a very difficult person to stick for labs or start an IV. The Nurse/Tech that did my IV was very gentle. She was informed and educated enough to know if she had to use my hand for the IV contrast to be administered, that she would have to slow it down for it to enter my body. She also came back in the room with me to watch over the contrast as it began to flow. She tilted the IV so it wouldn’t burn as it normally does. Slowing it down saved the vein and it ... read more
We're new to Anna & were treated excellent from the time we walked with Carlos at the front desk all the way in the back with the nurses & registrar & the doctor. They were very patient with my daughter and I as we both had leg injuries.
