WONDERFUL PEOPLE AT THE ER. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM
Was experiencing severe stomach pain. My nurse Jessica was great, she got me set up quickly and they took a scan of my abdomen and found an aneurysm in the main artery from my heart to my stomach. The aneurysm was blocking 90% of the oxygen from my heart to my stomach. They worked quickly coordinating with Mountain View Hospital where I underwent emergency surgery that likely saved my life. Your nurse almost killed me. She sent me home severely dehydrated only for me to return within the next few hours needing additional care because I was not ready to go home. The first thing that she says to me is well, I don’t know what else we can do for you and shrugs her shoulders. The next day I went to ER at Valleyview and had a tremendously better experience there. I came in today and Nurses Dianna and Morgan are absolutely incredible. So sweet and nice and caring. Then Nate the PA listened to me and kept me informed the entire time. Amazing bedside manner. Dr Song I can’t sing enough praises for him. I’m a hard stick and he came and did my IV. I saw him room another patient and even walked them to the bathroom. His bedside manner is something that can’t be taught in medical school. This staff here is perfect and you should want all your staff to be modeled after these 4 people. They a... read more
