Security who sits in reception area is extremely rude. Does not allow you to speak to any medical person and states everyone is busy even though you can clearly hear everyone laughing in back. Brought my aunt in because she hurt her hand and she is in extreme pain and hand is swelling up..wanted to ask for an ice pack and was told no…everyone is busy you have to wait, there are patients in the back. WHAT AN ER!
I came to ER 24/7 because I was experiencing severe stomach pain on the right side, and could hardly walk. They ran a CT scan and saw that I had a swollen appendex. They called an ambulance to take me to the hospital, where a room was already ready for me. Long story short, Dr. Shauna and his team probably saved me from a life threatening issue. The next day, at the hospital, I had Laparoscopic Appendectomy surgery and am recovering.
