Nurse was rude
Great Place and Security MB was very helpful, polite, and even took me in when they called my name. Other places let you do All the signing in and don't even greet. Awesome personnel as well. KEEP IT UP , GOD BLESS YOU!!
Staff was amazing, very friendly, very helpful.
Security who sits in reception area is extremely rude. Does not allow you to speak to any medical person and states everyone is busy even though you can clearly hear everyone laughing in back. Brought my aunt in because she hurt her hand and she is in extreme pain and hand is swelling up..wanted to ask for an ice pack and was told no…everyone is busy you have to wait, there are patients in the back. WHAT AN ER!
