I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this ER. I came in after accidentally consuming too much THC from a drink because I didn’t read the label correctly. It was an honest mistake and my first time dealing with anything like that. I truly thought I was having a stroke or aneurysm. I was twitching, felt heavy, disoriented, and scared. These doctors and medical assistants need to do better because they tryed giving me a controlled substance but on the release form they didn’t noted I declined it bad customer service bad medical treatment From justin and by the way they had me in the room for hours just to come bad nd give me meds instead of doing blood work !!!! They just charge at this point dont go to this er

I went in with severe pain in my back after moving into my new apartment. I feel like i was dismissed when i told the doctor i have a high pain tolerance and an even higher tolerance to pain meds. (I have a broken vertebrae and constant kidney stones... yes i told him this)He didnt even introduce himself when he walked in and was just very dismissive of my concerns and the pain i was in.
