Slow and lazy staff go to the one on Bryan rd they just sit in front of their screens and act stupid
Don’t come here!!!!! Go somewhere else! All nurses are terrible people, and the doctors are not qualified at all to help people. My mom cam in with a intolerable levels of pain in her eyes, her eyes WERE BLEEDING, what do the nurses do, nothing. They bump down my mom after 3 people, all because i asked them if the nurse could please see my mom soon from the emergency. We were in spot 4 and then we went to spot 7 for the doctor to see us, because the nurses wanted to keep on chatting and doing nothing, but got slightly interr... read more
Phenomenal compassionate bedside manner from Elizabeth RN and the Alberto MD. I was taken care of and handled with care immediately after I signed un and everything went so smooth. MD and RN educated me on my situation and showed genuine care, staff was overall very courteous. God bless you guys.
