I was seen by 2 nurses, one was nice and did her job but the nurse partitioner didn’t listen to my concerns I was having with my throat. I was told to SWAB MYSELF to check for strep throat and the nose swab barely went in so both came out negative. Never going back here! this place should not be open
The hospital felt like a ghost town walking through it. So many rooms were closed off and everything looked like it was turned off. The inpatient nurse was extremely nice, but the NP was rude, impatient and dismissive. I wouldn’t return because of her. The registration is done afterwards and all through a tablet (with a live agent on the other side). However, they were still trying to collect payment even though I met my maximum out of pocket for the year and they’re in network.
The nurse who attended me was very rude and very sarcastic has no business being in the medical field with such sarcasm! Basically rushing me and saying “ your waisting time “ I wanted help but the way I was being belittled made me feel like I should’ve left as soon as he was getting vitals. I ended up leaving, but as soon as I said I want to leave they were like “ we aren’t responsible if something happens to you” yet that nurse didn’t realize how he was treating me is the problem.
Very helpful!!!! Attended to me quickly and helped me out. Great staff
