I went in with a small piece of glass in my foot. They took x-rays but had nobody around to interpret them - after several hours someone looked at the X-ray, decided they could see nothing, and sent me home with the glass still in there. They sold my name and number to some spam company called 1st Source, who haven’t stopped calling and messaging me about financial aid for my medical bill (which I paid in full on the day). My husband came in for staples after a head laceration and it looks like they didn’t even try to close the wound. Some of the staples are just in the laceration. They are uneven and crooked, even though it was a clean cut. Do not recommend going there ever! Doctor was rude, the nurses were okay but seemed annoyed with life, the X-ray tech was wonderful and the pa while very sweet was the one that did the hack job. The security officer was a sweet man. waste of time going to see the ER doctor there today nothing like the real dr out there that care. bring back dr.james.
The doctors and nurses here are wonderful caring people. The care you get here is past wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this place and people.
I came in for a clogged ear / ear ache. The Dr was very rude and showed 0 compassion. She would not drain my ear , would not take a x-ray of my irritated throat. Instead she sent me home with EYEDROPS prescription for my ear ache and it did literally nothing. $800+ hospital bill for a 15 minute visit.
