I took my husband to ER for low hemoglobin. On arrival the waiting room was bright & clean. The hospital was not busy at all so the Dr was in the room for intake. One nurse drew blood & left a port for drawing more. Actually, I never would have mentioned this but now it is just something to add to this nightmare...I was sitting next to my husband when I looked down & saw a tube of blood on the floor by the bed. I picked it up & ran it to the nurse. He had dropped it & not noticed, I guess. Next another woman came to draw... read more

I have been on the phone for over 2 hours and only getting AI responses and additional numbers to call with more AI. I do not have a fax machine. I cannot talk to anyone in medical records, billing or anything else. I will default because a human is not available to assist with anything. My mom passed away there in the emergency room. Now they are billing. Never paid a bill because of great insurance. Probably because Sunstar took her there instead of Morton Plant where she was supposed to go and who has all her inform... read more

Very poor patient quality care and customer service. Wait time posted on web site misleading as stated 3 minute and time was》 4 hrs before entering treatment room. Clinicians failed to keep patient informed and all staff encountered rude and aloof. Waiting room did not adhere to infection control processes as emesis was left on floor waiting room for hours. In all my many years being a nurse and around hospitals this ER failed far below the bar.

If you have an emergency, DO NOT GO TO THE LARGE EMERGENCY ROOM! I have never in my life experienced the low level of care I received there upon arriving by ambulance there. I went there when my right leg buckled as I was walking and had extreme pain. I spent about 3 and a half hours there wasting my time. I was interviewed by a PA student, and wound up spending endless time in a room in which no one bothered to look in on me to see how I was doing or if I had any needs. I was given three X-rays by an obvious student un... read more

My elderly father was in the hospital and the nursing care was superb. I flew in to see him and I found him comfortable and well taken care of. Both the night and day nurses and techs were excellent. They listened to my concerns, contacted the doctors at my request and were empathetic and caring. I am sorry that I don't remember everyone's name but the employees working on the third floor medical surgical unit from 4/30/21 to 5/5/21 caring for room 346 deserve high praise. I remember Marisol RN, Christie RN, Krystal RN a... read more

If I could go zero stars I would. My mother had been admitted to their hospital ICU unit. They would not give me any info on her condition. She was in the Cardiothoracic ICU, and my advice to whatever incompetent nurse I spoke to... "You might learn to actually hang the phone up, because for the next 53 minutes I heard you make fun of me because I told you I had the medical directive on my mother and that if I couldn't get any info about whether she was even still alive that I would be contacting my attorney." Guess wha... read more

DO NOT go to this hospital. Doctors and nurses suck and absolutely have no compassion for the patience. My mother was there for a week and was beyond mistreated. She was left naked in her bed for hours, layed in piss soaked sheets, had her wedding ring stolen, was given test after test which she had already gone through only so the money hungry pricks could bill the insurance company. Nurses were asked to bring things in to my mom for shampooing her hair in which 3-4 hours later they still not brought what we had asked for. ... read more

If at all possible, go somewhere else, anywhere else. Upon check in I shared the two medications that I have an allergic response to. They tried to give me both of the only two medications that I cannot take. They did give me one of the medications as a generic, but guess what, if you are allergic to the name brand, you are still allergic to the generic! They could not tell me what my co-pay was going to be, even though they are a in network hospital. Extremely understaffed, I gave them two stars only because I did not die... read more
