I have been with Equity Wise for over three years now and all my interactions with the team have been well rounded. The entire team is very professional and responds in a timely manner. Over the course of a one-year lease, the company went through about three different property managers, creating a complete lack of accountability and consistent communication. They consistently failed to respond to my emails for any maintenance work, even when their own maintenance person noted an issue that we had reported in the first month.
