I've bought and sold many properties, and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I had asked for documents prior to meeting the notary so I could review them. They agreed to email them to me - but they did not. They were so late in getting the docs to the mobile notary she was still printing them 5 minutes before we were scheduled to meet. Worst experience on a closing. They were suppose to wire my settlement amount to my account. Received money but for lesser amount. I was told that "I" had to contact the other party, that they gave "MY" money to in order for me to get it back from them. Gave multiple excuses, "on vacation, another associate did it, no one double checks" and a "I don't know how this happened ". "Not their fault". Unprofessional, uncaring and uncooperative . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Don't believe their website. They don't care. Still wait... read more
