WARNING: Equity Title has trouble returning earnest money deposits! We used them for escrow on a home purchase and dud to problems with the home we backed out of escrow and requested the immediate return of our earnest deposit on 2/10/16. They claimed they put a check in the mail on 2/18, but then changed their story to say it didn't leave their office until 2/22. We're ready to start another escrow but this company still has our money! Strongly advise to find any other escrow company!
