Our panels were installed a year ago and things seemed to be okay. 5 months ago we started receiving violation notices from the HOA During my research I found the original letter approving the panels AND IT CLEARLY STARTED approval is contingent on the box being moved to the back. Instead of honoring the HOA, they tricked my spouse into signing a waiver to violate the HOA and installed the box in the front.
