This company engages in illegal bait and switch tactics with new residents. Avoid them. Edit: I shared a screenshot of my offered rate with employees and the corrected the mistake. They probably would not have corrected this mistake without a screenshot, so document everything! I went ahead and signed up for the apartment and their customer service has been great so far, but rent rates are a bit on the pricey side and are rising faster than the local market. Changed review from one star to four stars.
