Sandy is a slumlord and rude. We were desperate and took what she had. When I was in her office filling out paperwork her phone would ring she’d see who was calling or texting and she make a rude comment about the person. I even told her she’d make a rude comment if I contacted her. She gave me a surprised look on that comment. The duplex we lived in for 6 months. Mice infested, carpet was nasty.
