I purchased in Thousand Trails and it sounds like the smartest choice you could ever make if you RV. HOWEVET ITS NOT IN MY EXPERIENCE AND WITH MANY I HAVE MET. DONT DO IT.....CAUTION EXTREME CAUTION ADVISED. SLAB CITY COULD BE A 100% BETTER CHOICE. ITS NOT WORTH IT.
