Um....very rude...wish I could give no stars
Called looking for Equity Insurance company, spoke to a man who not only cut me off mid sentence but was extremely rude and condescending to let me know I contacted the wrong place. This is clearly a trend based off the other peoples reviews. Disgusting behavior, you should be careful about who you tell off over the phone, never know just how many connections they could have in your industry, John Stengel.
I canceled Equity auto insurance on 06/21/2024. My next payment was due on 06/26/2024. I bought Progressive auto insurance on the same day, 06/21/2024. Equity STILL debited my account for June's payment on 06/27/2024. I have been fighting to get my money back for 3 months now. I've been lied to over and over. First, there was no record of me canceling. After I sent proof, I was told a payment will be sent. I called again and was told there is no cancelation on file!!
