Equity gain was very pleasent to deal with before they sold me an investment property in SA for just over $401,000. Today, FIVE YEARS later to the day, it is worth 390-400K. Furthermore, their Senior mortgage advisor was so incompetent, he could not secure us a loan for nearly 12 months or so, hence made us ON THE VERGE of losing our block of land, which we bought for 315K, but was worth well over 400K. Worst experince of my life. STEER CLEAR & YOU have been warned. cheers
