i had recently came to this clinic a few weeks ago!! and now that some time has passed since my procedure and fully healed now, i wanted to leave my review:)) i was extremely nervous coming here especially driving from another state, but as soon as i stepped in and was greeted by security i instantly felt safe, cared for, and welcomed with open arms by the entire staff. they made the entire process smooth, thorough, and quick. they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process,, and answered any wavering questions or ... read more
My circumstances for being here were less than fortunate, but I am so happy to have had my procedure here. I had to fly in from out of state on my own and I was SO scared, but I have never had better treatment in my LIFE. Y'all were amazing and while I do not plan on being back soon, I already miss Dr. RK and my whole care team.
I will say that the staff was very nice, there wasnt a long wait, the doctor was very nice and took his time talking with me. During the procedure the doctor and his staff he had in the room were very much on top of my pain. They had a sense of urgency and moved very fast loading me up with pain control. I really did like the doctor, he kept asking me if I was okay all thru the procedure. One of the girls in the room let me hold her hand and squeeze it, she was so kind and comforting. I can not express how sweet the staff here was. I was beyond devastated and they helped me with every step of this process. I could not have felt more safe and secure.
