The last two years have been awful. You have to wait inside for 30+ minutes every time because they are shorthanded. One teller and everyone else at their desk or in their office not helping the tellers, so be prepared to spend your lunch break waiting (inside or drive thru). Printing machines have been down on several occasions. Coin machines are never consistently up and running, and were down for 6 straight months or more, and they will send you to a coin star machine where they take a percentage. The absolute worst bank to have any accounts with. You can never come in contact with anyone, and EVERYTHING you do is questioned or put on a “hold” regarding your OWN money. Very unprofessional management, do not waste your time or money!
