I have been with this bank for over a decade and they used to be great. Customer service is terrible now and I always seem to have new help that are uneducated. I'm going to be switching banks very soon over all the incompetence you have to deal with there.

I've always gotten help from Equity Bank whenever I've needed it. But I've also been disciplined by them whenever I've needed it. And I didn't mind it at all. They have helped me out with my finances and stern lecturing from the bank. At that time that is what I needed. I will continue banking there even though I was a little upset. But sometimes it takes a slap in the face to get one's attention.

Equity Bank has always been there whenever I need help. And if I didn't qualify for help, then I didn't mind they were there to give me advice about what I needed to do.
