Equity Bank has always been there whenever I need help. And if I didn't qualify for help, then I didn't mind they were there to give me advice about what I needed to do.
I've used equity bank for almost a decade now and they were great in the beginning and I never had any issue until now. My debit card is set to expire this month and the bank waited until last minute to mail out the new card even though I requested it sooner. My card is now set to be delivered mid February even though it expires at the end of January.
Best bank in Sedalia! Great customer service.
I've been banking here a short time and it is nothing but issue after issue. Customer care is useless in solving anything. I've been on the phone with them 4 times this morning for a card that shouldn't be declining and they say everything is correct on their end so it must be the multiple merchants doing something wrong and I need to call them.
I have been banking here for years! They are great and have top-notch customer service!
