This is the worst banking institution I have ever done business with. Beware of their practices. If they have done you wrong I encourage you to file a complaint with the Kansas banking commission. Message me for details!
Please use caution and shop around for your financial institution. My account was locked because of an account update (as far as I can tell) and even after hours on the phone, and 45 minutes sitting with the most condescending bank manager imaginable...I still have zero access to my accounts.
