Well I see why this bank has a low rating . Very I’m personable people working . Was treated very awkwardly and strange . Makes me want to not even bank here any longer . Especially the gentleman working Tuesday at 4 pm . Was told to go to another bank when they are about to close to get my services .
DO NOT BANK HERE! Didn’t even want to give one star. We’ve had issue after issue here and no one can resolve them due to their “policy”.. we were trying to help a small local bank and thought it would be easier than a big bank but no they have absolutely no consideration for their customers and want to play with YOUR money. For starters our account got set up incorrectly on day one. Our personal and business account is run through here and it takes DAYS to cash a check from and to the SAME exact bank.
