Deceptive marketing just yo get you to open an account
This is the worst thing that can happen in this banking system, at this branch, and with such unprofessional staff. Avoid this local bank because the people here seem to work for free and are unqualified. They are not willing to accommodate their customers. Just close your account at this bank and withdraw your money, because when you want to access your funds, you won’t be able to get them back.😡
Moved here a year ago and wanted something local. Despite having very kind people that work here, it regularly fails in tasks we chose a local bank for. My kids don't have a car but want to deposit money and the lobby is now consistently closed, causing problems for them to ever use the bank. The ATM is constantly not working. We have tried at least 6 various times, including using different cards and it is simply not functioning. This bank is going thru some changes but it's staffed by some good people so it should be back to normal soon ... God bless all of These amazing people...
