This is the absolute worst company in the world. They sent a 500,000 dollar check snail mail through the US Postal Service with no tracking number! Now 12 days later no check has been located, meanwhile no money is invested in the market and I am losing thousands! Never Ever again will I do any business with Eqitrust!!!! Eqitrust you suck and your customer service is terrible!!!! Unhappy customer!
Equitrust apparently not to be trusted They do not answer only phone number listed-I’m not even sure it’s valid. In trying to use text option-disallows my valid email address. I’m not sure Equitrust even exists.
this is a great company with a lot of integrity
Make sure you know when you sign up for an annuity how many years your contract is. If you need your money before it’s up they take a big chunk out for their selves. They kept $5,000.00 out of mine after taxes.
