I have been using EquiTrust for probably 15 plus years and I have never had any issues contacting them, getting correct information or representatives being rude. They always speak clear english and that is because they are located in Iowa vs using a call center in India or others like it. Sometimes I see complaints about an annuity not performing that would most likely be because of the index not performing which does happen occasionally, not all indices are created equal. I've been working with EquiTrust for several years and have never had anything but great customer service for my clients and love their products.
8-20-25 I received my Annual Statement and it listed Accounts that I did not have. How can anyone trust a company that can't even provide a Correct Account Statement. How will I know if my payout starting next year are correct???
