Unprofessional and incompetent representation. My husband and I hired Andrew Berman to defend us against a social host liability suit and it was torture working with him. He paid no attention to us or the details. At the hearing, the judge admonished him for not knowing the facts of the case and of course we lost as he undermined and sabotaged our case after we paid him over twenty thousand dollars. The worst decision we ever made.
Horrible experience. The reviews posted about Andrew Stacey have nothing to do with this firm. There is no Andrew Stacy working here. Andrew Berman is horrible. He will tell you what you want to hear to get your money and then nothing. Don't trust your criminal defense to Andrew Berman.
