Equitas has been a pleasure to work with. They've been highly communicative and extremely equitable in negotiating deals. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a preferable non-traditional deal structure.
They seemed very interested in my property and very interested in me, until they weren't. When they decided to not proceed with my property they didn't even tell me. They copied me in an email to the escrow agent. Did not tell me the reason and did not want to talk to me anymore. That is not the way you do business. There are so many other better places to do business with don't waste your time on these amateurs.
