UPDATE: I decided to give Equitas pharmacy another chance. At 11:19 am today I was told my prescriptions were ready. I arrive at 2:20 pm only to be told one of my prescriptions is unavailable and won’t be in until Monday. I explained to the pharmacy staff, due to my work hours, I am not able to come in during the week to pickup my meds, and how these issues seem to happen every single month. This pharmacy has steadily gone downhill over the past few years, and I’ve reached the point where I can no longer deal with the ongoing issues. Nearly every month I’m told my prescriptions are ready or will be ready within 15–30 minutes, and they almost never are.
