My daughter and son in law had this company for the title work on their first home. This is the most unprofessional company ever. Their closing was scheduled for 9:30am on 3/17/25. They didn’t sign the paperwork till 3pm. They left without any paperwork or keys to their new home. They were told they would email it to them. This was due to they claimed to not have all the paperwork. The mortgage lender had to show them where the paperwork was sent cause they claimed they didn’t get it. Beware of “The Equitable of wherever” There seems to be a lot of finger pointing and no accountability. They owe us and continue to refuse to make it right .
I am so disappointed with this title company. Of course the company worked for our builder and we had no choice but to use them. We paid cash for our house . . . 1st problem they somehow misplaced $116,000 dollars. Yes a lot of money. Romy Jones blamed everyone else especially a so called new person in the office.
