Good escrow company
I can always rely on Equitable Title for all of my closings for my clients. They are responsive, professional and flexible to meet the needs of my clients. Not to mention that they have some of the best rates out there which saves my clients money. Shout to Beth, Debbie and Wendi who have been my go to transaction team!
Unfortunately a very poor experience. Communication is lacking all over the board. No one could verify earnest money drop off, no one could verify my buyers wire (if it came in or not.) Finally heard from the actual closer on the file 3 days prior to closing. I had sent a home warranty deed to the branch manager 10 days prior to closing to make sure it was paid at closing, it was missed completely, and when asked about it the response from the closer (Kim Kirkland) was "I never received it, can the borrowers just take care o... read more
