BUYER BEWARE - I'd recommend you go with someone else. Story- closing on refi - Alexandra Young had my email wrong for 5 days for wire instructions. Had to follow up through loan officer multiple times to get any answer. No apology from Equitable/Alexandra. Instead, They also tried to blame the loan officer for the wrong email, but I've worked with the loan company for many years and they had my email right. Single most insane escrow experience I've ever seen. Avoid at all costs. Look at the screenshot email I posted to their photos. No response to what sure appears to be attempted fraud. Who can say, if they just ignore it, it'll go away eventually, right? 🤡🤡🤡🤡
