I advise you to never do business with this company. Susie is the worst person I have ever spoke to in customer service. She is downright hateful and will do everything in her power to not get claims processed. I asked to speak with her supervisor multiple times she laughed and said she ran the company. This company is literally the WORST!!!!!
This company is the worst there is out there!!! Susie, the office manager, won't even follow thru with an assist, she is very argumentative!! I have called numerous times and lvm with no return call, sent emails, tried fax back and their website which does not work!! I tried to get the name of the CEO to see if we can get any results but of course, they will not advise you of that! I WOULD NEVER recommend any company using this horrible insurance for their WC carrier of employee benefits!!!
This business seems to do everything it can to impede paying for claims that are completely covered under its policies. I've been dealing with them for over 6 months trying to get an issue resolved and between their claims adjuster, Susie, acting like she has no clue what's going on and never calling/emailing me back, I'm about ready to rip my own hair out. Run far and run fast from this company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
this company slow plays everything they do. they are not proactive in helping once you call them and they say they will get with you and help you resolve any issues and you never hear back from them. I have talked to 6 people with this company and all of them over promised and under achieved. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
