I have known Joe and Cheryl professionally for several years and have refereed multiple people for their service. The feedback that I have consistently received has only been positive. They are knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate during a difficult period in people's lives.
Their pricing structure is not clear and concise. When we first spoke with Cheryl her demeanor was friendly and helpful but upon realizing we were overcharged based on our understanding of their contract we contacted her immediately and were met with irritation and disdain. We are shocked that a business would want to take advantage of people in such a vulnerable state, but it seems that this business is more concerned about padding their bank account than actually helping people.
