My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and, thankfully, is doing well after surgery. One of the reasons we purchased critical illness insurance was to provide financial support during exactly this kind of situation. Our policy with Equitable Life provides for a $25,000 benefit. We submitted the required paperwork, then were told additional documentation from the surgeon was needed. We obtained and submitted the surgeon’s reports as requested. Based on my dental experience. They claimed more then 10 bills same day . Even I wasn’t there for dentist. One day before my appointment they claimed . It means insurance is not workers.

i'm supposed to be covered 80% of medications and they typically cover 15%. they don't even tell you why. i call support and can't get a real person. basically a scam company.
