Worst benefit plan ever. If you care about your employees please look into another benefit provider.
Based on my dental experience. They claimed more then 10 bills same day . Even I wasn’t there for dentist. One day before my appointment they claimed . It means insurance is not workers.
Equitable wrongfully deny claims and then offer pathetic customer service
i'm supposed to be covered 80% of medications and they typically cover 15%. they don't even tell you why. i call support and can't get a real person. basically a scam company.
Even tho I need a certain medication to be off of many others they won't approve it. No real understanding or care for there customers
