OMG do not ever use this place. The CS is terrible, they haven’t got a clue as to how to do ACH transfers, etc. I am disabled and their CS person named Jenna was TOTALLY clueless, didn’t listen and was convinced that Vaguard ( like Fidelity) was trying to steal my info when I was simply setting up anACH transfer. Jenna may be nice, but she is def limited and def needs retraining!! Ican’t believe anyone’s had good experiences with the lady as she has no idea what or how to do an ACH from my Vanguard acct to them! I am disable... read more

I just called in to ask a question spoke with a young lady name Jenna. She was extremely polite, very professional she had the best attitude with me.I really appreciate this young lady she took the time to answer my questions then she explain everything to me with such a nice attitude. The way I was treated today by Jenna is how all customers should be treated by all employees
Poor customer service with lack of knowledge of their services and contradicting comments throughout business interaction. Would NOT recommend for loans. Nearly cost an auto purchase deal due to lack of knowledge and understanding of own business was practice.
