I have had tight shoulders, back and neck for years thanks to computer work. Nan explained how the muscle and fascia have formed knots. And showed me how to use various balls and rollers to work out the kinks. It feels like an intense massage … it’s just what my body needs. Thank you, Nan! You work miracles!

Nan teaches a restorative fitness class in Sunnyvale. She explains fascia along with the human skeleton’s movements. This vast knowledge has helped me with body awareness, that everything is connected , and fascia is everywhere! I am so much better now at using therapy balls to realign and relax. Nan is an expert and such a calming influence.

My whole body was very stiff and tight which often caused pain. The Land Training from Nan was great and very very helpful to me! Nan explained to me the reason behind the exercises and movements she taught, and provided me with the tool that I can use at home at any time. Up until now, I am still using the balls Nan gave me to relax my muscle whenever I feel pain on my back, and it always helped to release my pain! Thank You Nan!
