if this is the corporate approach you can only imagine the rest. very unprofessional. they don't know how to handle and treat customers on top of being way more expensive than any other rental company!!!

Renting from Equipment Share Vehicle Solutions (aka Resla) was a nightmare. I walked a mile and a half from my house to the designated pickup spot—only to find the 2023 Tesla Model Y Long Range wasn’t there. It was 15 miles away at Columbia Regional Airport. I called customer support, who proceeded to tell me that I needed to take a Lyft to the new location because the previous renter had dropped off the car in the wrong location. Spokane Washington, but for equipment share the business failed me. Unprofessional customer service and blacklisted after 3 years as a loyal customer I was originally referred to this business by a family friend and built a relationship renting equipment from them for 3 years. Unfortunately, their customer service has completely deteriorated. Last fall, I rented 4 machines for my business.
