I was told the excavator rental would cost $2,000 total, delivery and pickup included. I returned it on time, full of fuel, and in excellent condition, yet the final bill came to $2,973. When I asked why, they claimed Carl Howard had “quoted it wrong.” They then mentioned a supposed $2,300 compromise, but never adjusted the invoice and instead demanded payment of the full $2,973 by a set deadline. Terrible communication and accountability — this company does not honor its word.
Phoenix location. 6 General managers 6 service managers 5 parts managers in 4.5 years. Oversize city and county permits are FREE i told them for 4.5 years they still need them. Still dont have them. Go get in a accident off the interstate and let me know how it goes. The Phoenix location has major issues. They claim they are going to be a Cummins dealer. I wouldn't take my lawnmower apart in that dirt filled yard that they work outside. That's not Cummins material boys.
