Renting from Equipment Share Vehicle Solutions (aka Resla) was a nightmare. I walked a mile and a half from my house to the designated pickup spot—only to find the 2023 Tesla Model Y Long Range wasn’t there. It was 15 miles away at Columbia Regional Airport. I called customer support, who proceeded to tell me that I needed to take a Lyft to the new location because the previous renter had dropped off the car in the wrong location.
