They charged our business for a rental we didn’t authorize. We weren’t there, they didn’t call us, text us, or email us about the rental before they charged us. We have contacted them about the charge and they acknowledge that they charged us but they have been dragging their feet on refunding us and tried to convince us to accept a credit instead. It’s one thing to make a mistake, it’s another to refuse to correct it. We won’t be doing business with them anymore.
This guy in an equipment share van just hit my car with his door at the gas station and drove off like nothing happened. There’s a dent. I would not trust this company.
