Receptionist was awful! Very slow and lots of questions, just unprofessional!

I had delivery 9-2-25 The manager Cody was so rude. Dude cut my strap talking about another truck needed to get by. When I asked if he had another strap he said no. I said well why you cut my strap then. Dude was like tell you company to back charge me. Then told me leave. I straight up told dude I'm on whatever you on I dont disrespect nobody or start bs. But I'm down for whatever when it comes disrespect
After calling several different places to try and rent a forklift and they either didn't have it or didn't return my message I received outstanding customer service from Ethan. Not only did he come and meet us in person had the equipment that we needed on the day that we needed it but he went above and beyond and friendliness and customer service and the prices are great too I highly recommend
