Had a reservation set up two weeks prior to a job on schedule, multiple confirmations on the phone and on email that we were good to go. Morning of my rental reservation get a call that it got denied, manager said he got the news 2 days prior and forgot to tell me. Wouldn’t recommend, not professional or good business.

I have rented Generators from all major companies and all over the US! This company will nickel and dime you to death on fees and other not in the estimate charges. Very disorganized, bills come out of no where weeks and months later. Stay away form this people! They delivered a generator them showed up to service it the next day, billed me for the wrong location, never picked up the rental even as we got emails confirming off rental status they tried to charge for a ton of days because of their error.
