If you are a DIY'er, I would suggest going somewhere else. I'm not sure if it's just my local branch, but they don't communicate well at all. I rented a scissor lift in June and ended up needing it for several more months than intended. I called each time to let them know that I needed it for another month. They emailed me receipts that only had the billing date, which I assumed (wrongly) was the start date for the month rental (which is actually only 28 days).
